Hair Salons

Any recommendations for a hair salon in the Garden City Franklin square area. I was originally going to do hair and make-up at my house, I've decided it's to confusing, there's 14 people involved. Did anyone find it easier to just go to a salon the morning of?
I'm treating my bridal party to manicure and pedicure the night before the wedding at 'O Spa' in Garden City. They have a small room where they set up a table for wine and food. If I pay for their mani and pedi's do I also have to pay for hair and make-up?

Going to a salon might work but only if they will open early enough for you. It depends also if they have enough workers to take you 2 or 3 at a time.

You don't have to pay for the makeup and hair but some of the girls may not do it if they have to pay for it.
