i woke up to find my hair straightener in two pieces this morning so i need a new one
i had a chi -- should i stick with it (if so, which one should i get) or get something else?

I love my chi!! I was hesitant to spend the money....but was so worth it. I say stick with chi!

My sister swears by Jilbere, and it costs a bit less than Chi

I think it's the regular one. It's a hot pink color. There is only one hot pink. lol

I just replaced mine.... I bought a babyliss pro.... Love it!!! I have the babyliss pro hair dryer also!

ugh that happened to my chi too...randomly split in 2.
i've had a Sedu the last two times i purchased. the first one lasted almost 2 years. i've had this one for just as long and it's still going strong. love my sedu!

i love my chi I think I have the regular one its red but it had lasted over 3 years I would buy it again when it breaks

They sell the red one at BBB - if u have the box for yours you can bring it there say you bought it a week ago cash and can't find ur receipt. U will get a store credit and u can get a new one. I've done this 2x already! Love BBB
bought the amika w/ recos from LIW girls and i love love love mine! I've had the chi and T3 in the past and the amika's the best by far for me!

my old hairdresser bought my chi at a beauty convention for like $50 and i don't have the box anymore

I have to be honest, i was super PRO chi but they kept breaking on me. My last one broke and i just gave up and actually bought a random one on clearance at target for $14 and it works JUST AS GOOD as the chi. No joke! I have super thick hair and it works awesome! Its made by BedHead.
But if thats not up your alley, i'd say stick with Chi, i just get frustrated spending that much money and then it breaks after a year or 2.
