I had asked about this a few weeks back and I did it yesterday!!!
Thanks to am470 I saved myself a lot of $$$$. On her rec. I went to Hair Village in Woodside (I wouldn't go on a Friday or a Sat-it was very busy) but worht it. My boss had suggested a place in the citty that was going to cost me about $300-$350. The place in woodside was $150-$180 (depending on your hair) and when I tell you my hair couldn't be any straighter!!! I love it. Matt keeps 'petting me' he can't get over how soft it is. I will post pics when I get back from vacation but if anyone wants the info let me know.

Oh and Jen, ANY day there is BUSY!!! You can wait 1 hour or more just for a blow out!

Watch cause he pis ses on the customers legs & you don't even know he does it, my DH & I saw him do it several times, when I go (rarely) I sit with my feet UP

Do you have to blow it out to get it smooth or can you let it air dry? I had my hair straightened a few years ago and although I had to blow it out, I loved it, it stayed so nice even in humid weather. But my hairdresser was telling me there are products now that you dont even have to blow it out to get it smooth.

Jenn no dog just a white cat with sick blue eyes. If I got ****ed on someone would have heard it!!!!
I haven't washed it myself yet but when they finished they just used the blow dryer and their fingers and it was pin straight. I am not going to have to work at it at all!!

I see so many get their hair straightened & the ends look fried, and when the roots grow out, it looks so bad, but Jen you have nice hair so I bet yours looks good

Jenn my ends aren't fried at all!
Jenny2Penny I can usually get it fairly straight on my own. (see profile pic) but once the rain or hunidity gets I am total frizz. We were out all day yesterday and it was still pin straight. I will put pics up after my trip next week. We shall see how it holds up in beach weather!!!
