Hair Styles for Halter dresses

My dress has a halter neckline and I'm thinking to maybe do only a half updo rather than have all of it up... I have long dark hair and thought some of it down and curled may look nice... Anyone have good pics in their halter dresses?

I'm bumping this b/c I'm still trying to see what others have done... also what jewlery - not sure if a necklace looks right with a halter neckline...

Here are some nice hair styles. I would say a simple necklace, like a single diamond, or some other pendant.

You can do half-up if you want. You may not need a necklace but if you do I'd stick with a solitaire pearl/diamond/CZ...whatever. I'm doing a solitaire Opal with my strapless dress tho my mom thinks I don't need anything....it's easier to decide when you have the dress on!

I don't have great pics scanned yet that show my hair...I think anyway you want (up/down, half up/down) could work...I did all up. For me it was either going to be all up or down and since it was July and I went for up...
