With the veil



Honest opinions please. I'm not sure I'm crazy in love with it, but I know I hate my hair all up and completely pulled back off my face.

i think it looks good!! why dont you like it??

its pretty and soft - i like it.

I think it looks really nice Darlene, but I can tell that you're not in love with it. The girls are right, it's different once you have the dress on and M/U done but YOU have to love it.

I would make the curls in the back a lil tighter. It's a long day and you need them to hold up through all the pics and everything!!

im not one for big hair-dos' but yours is slightly underdone if that makes sense

I agree.

I honestly think (even though you hate it) that you should wear your hair back and out of your face. You're gorgeous, and the hair hanging on you like that takes your natural beauty away. You also have a gorgeous veil and dress, and for some reason (IMHO) it's getting a little lost w/that hair style.

I LOVE YOUR VEIL!! OK, sorry. You don’t look like you love it – I know because I had that same expression at 3 hair trials! I LIKE the hair half up, I don't like updo's either, so I know how you feel. You have to be YOU. You look like you have fine hair like I do, and I had to get clip in extensions to get the fullness I wanted and to make the curls stay in better my hair because I wanted to leave my veil on. Is that something you'd consider?Are you leaving your veil on? I think the style is great - just as Cindy said, just make the curls a bit tighter (because they'll fall as the day wears on).

Chris - the reason I don't want to wear my hair pulled back off my face is b/c I go to court like that ALL the time with a french twist in the back. It's my wedding - I don't want my classic 'work' hair on my day.

Completely understandable. Would you consider getting extensions (temporary ones) to give you a fuller look?

Maybe not as full as that photo, Darlene, but a little more. If you did it that full, would it feel like you were being you? Thats the most important thing!

Oh wow!! Thats amazing! Do you think maybe you could do something a little in between the both? HOnestly though, I like the trial you just had - but you don't sound like you were too happy with it.

I agree with the above quoted post, I really do love the bun in the back with the hair pins, it's really pretty!

P.S. I just looked at your 1st hair trial, and I love the fullness of the curls in the back also, it looks so nice.
