Has anyone gotten a hair trial at any of the Cactus salons???
I intend on trying them out in a few weeks because I need to get my hair done for a wedding anyways, but they don't list prices, and even when I physically went into the salon to ask, they wouldn't tell me what the price would be for a trial or day of.
Before I schedule an appointment, I'd really like to know what it's going to cost me, and since they're not cooperating with me (if you have to ask, you can't afford it???), I'm hoping you girls can help me!!
Please??? Anyone???

did you ask for a specific person.....I think it depends on the stylist and maybe which cactus. my hairstylist is at cactus and I think its 75 for a trial....I never asked cause Im using her no matter what.

I didn't ask for a specific person, but was told that only one person there does 'bridal' hair...spoke to her myself, and she didn't give me any pricing details. It was like a big mystery.

I think it depends on who does it there. Cactus in Massapequa is my regular salon and the person who normally cuts and colors my hair is the person who is doing my hair for the wedding. I think last time I had her do an updo it was $100 - and her price for the wedding is the same.

i went to cactus once and will never give them my business ever again. i got my hair cut, colored and blown out...i paid in cash and then they charged my credit card for the entire total again (they took my CC number to hold my appt). i called them and they told me they were gonna call the cops on me because i walked out without paying!!! i freaked out on them and they told me i was lying about paying because their girls dont make mistakes..i told them to check their cashiers pocket cuz its got my cash in it!
sorry for the rant...i just was so appalled about the entire situation that when i hear cactus salon i wish they would all burst into flames

I actually just called the cactus in Ronkonkoma and I think she said it would be $50-$75 for the trial depending on the length of hair and updo complication.
Then again I was asking for my bms so it might be different for a bride.

I'm doing a hair trail with the one in Huntington for 55 but I kind of have shorter hair. I went in for a consultation already and I was really happy with them.
