I have my first hair trial in two weeks and was wondering what you girls did to your hair before?
I mean, did you wash it that morning or do it the night before? If you have curly hair, did you blow it dry?

I washed my hair the morning of the hair trial. I know some say not to do that because you hair will stay better with a little oil so wash it the day before...but my hair is pretty oil so im just gonna wash it the day of the wedding so i wanted it to be the same for the trial. It stayed perfectly and my hair person made no mention that i shouldnt have washed it that morning.
i have curly, wavy, freizzy hair, lol and i am always so tempted to blow it out before i get my hair done because i think if it starts out fizzy, it will end that way, LOL but i didnt do anything and she took care of it and no frizz! i think she prob did blow dry it a little straight first but i figured that she was the pro and let her do it.

whenever I have to get my hair done (up do or down with curls) I never wash my hair the morning of. It holds better when it's dirty. I know it sounds gross but it's unfortunately true. Just make sure and ask your stylist what is better for you to do the day of... he/she would know how your hair will hold.

I think I am going to wash it the night before my trial because that is when everyone suggests to do it. I may ask my hair stylist what I should do though.

I wash my hair the night before whenever I'm going to get my hair done and let it dry naturally over night. Sure it doesn't look that great, but I feel like it's better to start styling with a clean slate.
