Hair Trial Question

For you ladies who are using hair extensions...how does it work with your trial? I am so confused because I bought them just for my wedding and I want to use them at my trial to see how my hair will really look but I dont want them to get all gross with hairspray, etc. Plus, I would want them re-curled for the day of.

Any advice/suggestions on what you did?

Thanks!

Hair Trial Question - Long Island Weddings

I wear extension all the time. I love them so much since my hair doesn't grow.

Which did you buy? The clip on ones right?

Basically you can go with them already on or you can have the stylist put them in for you.

I went with mine already in the day of the trial. She did the styling and it came out great. If you bought REMY or any real hair extensions then you can wash them, curl them, straighten them. So if you go with them for the trial, I would suggest washing them out before using them the day of your wedding so they are fresh and more easy to use since they aren't already curly. But do this a week before so they aren't too clean, since they usually like to have some natural oils in your hair when styling it.

Hair Trial Question - Long Island Weddings

i brought mine to the trial and my hair lady put them in and styled. she actually had to dye mine to match my current color (my extensions were blonde from when i wore them at my sister's wedding and now i'm a reddish/brown) so i think she must have washed them when she brought them the day of. either way, if they are human hair you can wash them.

Sally Beauty supply has them. They are real human hair so you can dye, cut, wash and style them like you would regular hair.

You can dye them to match your hair color.

This!

This is where I buy mine. They have sizes 14' or 18' in length. I would recommend the REMY extensions. They are best for me. They have many colors from blonde, dirty blonde, blonde highlights, light brown, dark brown, etc.

They range in price from $89-$129 I believe, depending on the length you buy.

They do take some getting use to having in your hair if because the tips are very tight and they can feel heavy so I would try to wear them once or twice in advance.

Hair Trial Question - Long Island Weddings

I too use the hair extensions for my hair styling as they are very thin and I always shop online at Ludis for my extensions.
