Who gets them religiously? And if so, how often?

I get them about every 3 months since my hair is very healthy. Usually just a trim or shaping. But I recently chopped it off.

About every 4 months or 3x a year for me........its pretty healthy so I can get away w/ it and save money too.

I am DYING to cut my hair ( growing it out for wedding). It's down to the middle of my back now, and when its that long, it gets flat and dead looking. I am happiest when it is a little below the shoulders. At this point, I am ready to just cut it and rely on the extensions.

prob every 3-4 months on average. i used to cut it whenever i got my hilights (every 2 months) but i like the way i look with long hair so im cutting it less regularly.

I never used to go ...Like 3 times a year ...now I have been going about every 4 to 6 weeks .....And I have to tell you I dont know what I was thinking by never going -

It depends on the hairstyle I have. Sometimes I need to go more regularly to maintain a style. When it is all one length, it goes for a while

I used to go twice a year but now I am going every couple of months since my hair is shorter. What a difference!

i got about every 6 months or so- I have long curly hair-so it doesnt need much maintenance, just to get the dead ends off...

i don't go that often also.. only because i'm lazy as hell when it comes to my hair sometimes... but when i hair gets in my way then that's my sign.. usually go every 7-8 mths. i am lazy. =P

usually every 8-10 weeks for trims and touch up long l ayers - my hair gets lots of split ends and I blow it out straight everyday and often use a flat iron - so I abuse my hair.

I go every 2 months otherwise split ends take over...just got mine cut this past Sat...I'll be good until July

I am indesperate need. I usually go every 5 week religiously, but my hairdresser left on maternity leave a few months back (ok, 6 months ago ) and I do not trust anyone else to cut my hair.
