Ok first of all Jeannette, your dress is gorgeous! I do see what you mean about the bustle though - there should be a different way to do it.
As for your makeup. I think the eyes are gorgeous, but you need a darker lipstick. You have a similar complexion to me, so I think a dark red lipstick would give you that extra dramatic effect you're looking for.
Your hair - I definitely agree that it's lacking something. Needs a little more poof , but the style itself is beautiful.

You look smoking HOT !!!! .. Seriously - hair and makeup - amazing!!! and I LOVE the dress. I agree about the bustle - they have to have another way to do it ..
It doesn't look bad even when it flattened out! I think it still looks great!
