Hair/Make-up - What time??>

If my ceremony starts at 2pm and the photographer is arriving at 12:30- 1pm what time should I get my hair & make-up done?

I would say around 9ish just to be safe.

Okay, that's what I was thinking. My cocktail hour is at 7:30pm so hopefully it all lasts.
