My nails need some help, and my hair could stand to grow a couple more inches before the wedding, so I’ve been thinking of taking hair/nail vitamins. The only formulas I’ve seen that are for both hair and nails also say they’re for skin, and I’m very happy with my skin. I’m worried that if I take the 3-in-one kind it might mess up my skin.
So my question really is…if there’s anyone here who took those vitamins for just nails, did it make your hair grow too?

i am taking centrum for prenatals & my hair & nails grow like crazy!!!

I just take a B complex - Folic acid, B6 & B12.

jenn, Is it safe to take pre-natal vitamins when you’re not planning to conceive for at least 3 or 4 more years?
ETA: I've heard that before about pre-natal vitamins, but I thought it was too soon for me

It was me. Ulta hair and nails by Natures Plus. I take both. They are great!
