Hairstyle - Can anyone help

I have a vision of how i want to wear my hair but i can't find a picture..

you know when you were little and you wore a 'bannana Clip' in you hair the way the back would have cascading curls?? but yet its pulled of your face?? and i want a 'poof' in the front..

Does that make sense?? anyone think they have a picture??
