Hairstyles for straight bangs...

If there is one thing I HATE in this world, it's my forehead. I've been wearing straight bangs pretty much all my life. However, someone advised me that they don't look very nice for a wedding. I also never wear my hair up, either. I have a large head and it makes it look even larger when I pull my hair back. To give you an idea, I went to get my hair cap frosted a few years ago and their large cap didn't fit my head. I'm getting frustrated about how i'm going to have my hair done and I hate to spend money on a trial just to be disappointed. I know I will be. I had my hair done for a friends wedding 2 years ago and I looked like a bobble head in her pictures, my head looked so big. I really need to find a nice 'down' look w/ bangs. I might be able to grow the bangs out a bit without them getting super annoying.

This is what my hair looks like now. It will be jet black with purple hair accessories for the wedding.

If you feel you are at your best with your hair down - leave it down! I think it would look great with loose curls maybe a few pieces pulled back. Leave your bangs the way they are.

So many people have told me things I 'HAVE' to do. I just yes them to death and do what I want!

Don't let anyone tell you what will 'look nice' for YOUR wedding. If you think you look good, and FH thinks you look good, that's what's important. As the above post said, Zooey dechanel always looks cute and she has straight bangs. Go to a hairstylist and before you get a trial, talk to them and ask them for suggestions. Loose curls always look pretty, and with some cute hair accessories, it'll be fun!!
