My mom and I work together and I overheard one of our patients mom's asking when my wedding was, and she said 'June 2011'..and the lady was like 'Oh she still has plenty of time'...Like hey lady, its finally NEXT YEAR! I don't have to say 2 years any more and was like 'Ma, when someone asks you you can just say 'June' now you don't have to say next year, or 2011 etc!! She probably is like G, get over it lol but Sorry like it's finally coming and I'm over having to feel like it's 'so far away' lol

It's exciting that you dont have to say the year anymore! I jsut say May now. and I HATE when people say that... yes i know i have 'plenty of time' in la la land... but in reality.. its coming up quick, and I am excited about it and there is so much left to do, so leave me alone and let me enjoy it! (ans stress about it) haha

omg, I can't tell you how often I hear those lines... like, even from current or former brides! Yes, I know i've got a lot done already, but that's b/c we have to - FH and I work like bandits, I do school too, plus, we are VERY particular, we want what we want and we WILL NOT settle, so when a vendor we love is available we jump. Plus, it's hard to get everything done on Sat & Sun's when you AREN'T planning a wedding, so every chance we get to work on it, we take.

I hate when people say 'you have so much time!' - Usually MEN. I always say 'you have no idea what goes into all of this.' I know I'm a little crazy, but most people don't get it anyway.
