Hall Available...

Hello,

My friend recently called off her wedding so I am here to let everyone know that Westbury Manor is available Friday 11/3/2006. If anyone is interested in taking this date please let me know so I can tell her. She is okay but the hall will not refund her $$ until the date is rebooked.

a friend told me she recently saw on the news that there is a law to protect future brides/grooms and said that we have up to a year to cancel our wedding if need be and get full refund. I don'y know how true it is but my friend is usually pretty accurate. She is actually on here so you can FM her at heatherrose. I wish your friend luck and I will spread the work. You may want to repost your comment on the 06/07 board too.

unfortunately that law only protects brides who's hall is in suffolk county and its only if you cancel 6 months or more and they get to keep $100 dollars of the deposit...they don't have a law like that for nassau county...
