Hello all of you lucky brides! Hope you all had a great weekend. :) Mine was a bit of slow one as compared to my previous ones. I only met with one photographer this weekend, Celestial Photos. Definitely got a good feeling from Lou.
However, I am still in the hunt. So far, I've met with the following photo/video vendors:
Cassarino Studios Deja Vu Studios Sherwood Triart F i n e A r t Celestial Photos
Do you all have any others to recommend? My main concern with any photographer is that we will be having the Ceremony and Reception at the Jericho Terrace, on Exit 34, but they have to start over on Exit 68 in Mastic Shirley since that's her mother's house. So I need a photographer who will be willing to travel. :)

I'm sure that they will all travel! I booked Patken and got a great deal. I also met with Golden Moments and liked them a lot. I might book them for video.

Most all photographers will travel, its the nature of the business. The only thing is their packages usually alot for a certain amount of time (i.e. 8 hrs, 10 hrs, start to finish, etc.) so figure out how much time you will need and then negotiate from there. You don't want to get stuck paying OT. HTH.

Thank you all for your recommendations! I figure we will have about a 10 1/2 to 11 hour day. Me and the fiancee feel it might be best to hire from a studio that does both photography or videography, even though we know most places 'farm out' their video. :-/

I know this is a couple of days old but Dan Wagner is out in Huntington and coming to JEricho Terrace for my wedding so since hes allready out there, Im sure he would go to both places for you. Hes really really great! FM if you want details.

I second Duet, I met with Golden Moments(best video), Fullview, Rendevous, 12 night(pictures were amazing) but I love Duet's work and price!! They really worked with our budget!
