You have to really go to the places and sit with them and negotiate. We are only have 100 people for a friday night. Like I said my future mother in law works miracles with negotiating and was wonderful. I would really go there and just tell them someone you knoW was quoted this price for a august wedding and try to get it for the same price.
Try Sunset Harbour in Patchogue. They have to packages $55++ and $65++ but they are flexible. For a Sat night I have to guarentee 130. I sat with Andy and he threw in a lot but FH and I are also volunteer firefighters and he kinda has a soft spot for us... HTH!
Im getting married at The Venetian Yacht Club ( I know it wasnt on your list just trying to help). It is 105.00 for a Sat night in July. Our room guarantee is 130 so Im sure they could work with you. Eric is super nice and they give you so much stuff plus the place is beautiful and right on the water!
We just went to see Ariana Waterfall in West Hempstead and I fell in love with it. I love the fact it only holds 1 event so i don't have to worry about them NOT paying attention to me on my wedding day. the prices were actually some of the least expensive that we found and they even do packages that include photographers, videographers, florist and limo. it is like one stop shopping. They were so nice there too. I highly recommend it!
