Hall Rental Help- Ideas Suggestions Anything...

OK because I am in planning withdrawal we have decided to throw a 60th birthday party for my Mom (she totally deserves it) The problem-- i want to do it in a knights of columbus type place but am having lots of trouble finding any..so I thought of you guys-- did anyone have an engagment party in a hall? most likely will be a little over 100 people and we would like to bring in our own caterer(unless their food is amazing) we are pretty open to any part of the island(Mom lives out in Coram, also have family in Nassau-so anything is fine) any help would be great Laura

Hall Rental Help- Ideas Suggestions Anything...

The Knights of Columbus Hall in Patchogue might work for you. My FH's softball team had their awards banquet there 2 years ago. The room is pretty nice and can accomodate the amount of people you're needing to. They also have a huge parking lot. You can bring in your own caterer too.

The Knights of Columbus in Babylon is very nice. I have been to 2 parties there. Not sure how many people you have but my friend had about 75 or more. You bring the food, music etc..

Have you thought about a firehouse? Sometimes they will let you use their space. I know there's one in Mt. Sinai on the corner of Coram-Mt. Sinai Rd and oh gosh I don't remember the name of the other road...I no longer live on Long Island. I know if you take that road all the way out you'll wind up in Port Jeff. I hope this helps and is not too confusing!
