Not a costume reception but I found some Italian masks (like from the movie Eyes Wide Shut) and when we are introduced we will have them on...we are doing a masquerade theme so at everyones seat I am going to have those little eye masks with the handle. Can't wait!!!

thats really cool. Original too. Everyone will expect costumes, but youre doing a masquerade...which in my opinion is very tasteful!

I thought so too.. that way we can still be really fancy (the RH is sooo fancy) and we are going to let the kids come in costume if they want.
Your reception is going to be awesome... i remember as a kid going to a friends sweet 16 on halloween it was so much fun!

I have to stay out of the halloween section of stores now...I know I can get things after the season for so much cheaper but I keep seeing fun things that I want... I have been sneaking things home so I don't get yelled at.
