Halloween costume advice NWR

I am going with FH's nephews trick or treating. I need to put together something because both FSILs are doing SOMETHING (like one is being cowgirl).
After that we have BD party for FH (at FSIL's house) so I want to be a little sexy BUT kid friendly.
