Halls

Can I have some feedback on the Crest Hollow, East Wind, and Westbury Manor, these are my choices, I really want a Sat. Night and hoping for the 15th but just wanted to see what you girls thought about those halls.

Re: Halls

Well since I am booked at Westbury Manor, I am a little biased I dont want to be one of those people who raves about their hall so I wont say too much. Westbury Manor has a very different feel to it, much different from other halls, Thats one of the reasons I chose it. Also, the food is outraegeous, you get so much for your money, and everyone you deal with is an absolute doll.I dont know much about the crest hollow, but my cousin is planning on having her wedding at East Wind, It is absolutely beautiful and I have heard nothing but good things about it. I stayed away from it because it was a little too far for my guests.
Hope this helps!

Re: Halls

well I know all 3.

My 1st wedding was at WM. it was gorgeous. food was amazing, staff was great and easy to work with.

My friend got married at East Wind at the estate and it was amazing!

And we go to CHCC for parties for FH's company every year. They rent the whole place! If you like a really big place..muh more modern than the other 2 then you'll love it.

Re: Halls

I was a WM manor bride and I would HIGHLY recommend them. The gardens are beautiful, the food is amazing and the staff is great to work with...the place has more of a victorian/vintage feel. There was a family reunion going on at the same time as my wedding and I had no clue there was another party going on. Personally I found the min. for the Manor room on a Saturday night high (at least for the size wedding we planned-I think it was 225) and ended up going with a Sunday evening...they threw in a bunch of extras including a martini louge.

I'm a CHCC bride so if you have any questions at all, feel free to FM me!

The food there is great, its location is great and you won't find a better grand entrance anywhere else. As long as you don't mind there being 2 weddings at a time, it is a great place

I will brag about WM it is amazing!!!!!!!!! You really get so much for your money there!!!!!!!!!!!! All linens, sashes and chair covers are included!!!!!!!!!! The food is abundant and very tasty!!!!!!! The guests actually have a choice of 7 entrees there, the menu is amazing!!!!!!!! The staff is so accommodating, I felt like royalty when I booked with them and they gave me a bottle of liquor to celebrate. They also gave me a huge wedding planning book as well!!! The gardens are so beautiful with the roaming peacocks, beautiful flowers and ponds!!!! What I really love is the entrance you have into the manor it's really nice for the guest to have that!!!!! If you have ?s FM me!!!!!!!!

Re: Halls

I am getting married at Crest Hollow because the place is GREAT! The service is really good and the actual venue is gorgeous. I am going for a food tasting tonight but I heard great things about their food from the ladies on LIW. If you want an evening wedding Sat or Sun, they are the best for that because they don't start events until 6:30. When I called WM to inquire about having an evening wedding, they informed me that they don't do evening ceremonies on Sat and Sun. I didn't even go to look at it because of that. Ultimately, you have to go with the choice that better suites what you want to do. I hope this helps, good luck!
