Can someone tell me halls that are fairly similar to: CLM, Riviera and John Anthony's (more that small time, 1-2 event, not super glitzy, cozy feel) place?
Thanks so much. We're looking this weekend.

Thank you ladies. I love the looks of Giorgio's (although a bit too far) & also was really surprised at how very nice Ariana Waterfall is. I have to talk w/ FH tonight & see what he thinks.
Thanks so much for your help!

I had my engagement party at The Bellport Country Club. It was a great place and my guests kept raving about the food. It has 1 large room, so 1 event at a time. It's on a golf course on the Bay. Really pretty views.

i second (or third) the huntington harbor club ist only one wedding at a time and on the water - i dont think it is 'glitzy' but rather elegant.
in case you are not familiar with the place - here are some pics of the outside and one of the reception room
Stewart Manor Country Club. Absolutely wonderful place with a charmy feeling and reasonably priced.
Good luck.
thats where i'm getting married. it's perfect for what you're asking for.
good luck

Try Timber Point Country Club. Its a Lessings property and has a very warm cozy feel to it. I'm obviously biased but check it out. I'm going to bump the thread w/ pics for you!
