Halls with under a 100 person minimum for Sat or Sun afternoon?
What halls have under 100 minimum? Preferably about 50-75 person minimum for an afternoon wedding???
I know I've probably already posted a topic like this but here we go again. I want to make sure I didn't skip any. We prefer Nassau or Queens but may consider western Suffolk(right on Nassau Suffolk border). We want a place were we can have our ceremony as well, preferably outdoors.
These are the halls we've looked at already.. If you have any questions about these halls feel free to ask
The Metropolitan Larkfield Manor Westbury Manor Swan Club Leonard's Coral House Milleridge Inn & Carriage House Bridgeview Yacht Club Inn at New Hyde Park Terrace on the Park Caffe on the Green Villa Russo Douglaston Manor Verdi's of Westbury Reception House George Washington Manor Manor East Inn at Great Neck Astoria World Manor Jericho Terrace
Thanks!!!

I was thinking about looking into restaurants with party rooms but then where do you have your ceremony??? Is you ceremony, CH and reception in the same room??? Most likely we won't be able to have our ceremony outdoors either. Same with KofC and VFW halls....

I'm really disappointed that Chateau La Mer, Fox Hollow, and the Venetian Yact Club won't budge on their 100 person minimums...I really liked those places from their websites and pics on this site. I'm talking to myself in this post

Every place that I can think of that has small weddings it seems like you have already looked into
Particularly, Caffe on the Green, GW Manor and Douglaston Manor.
If you have your wedding in an off-peak season I would imagine alot of places would budge on the minimums.

Wow, you're asking nearly the same question I am, except I'm in Western Suffolk and prefer Suffolk. Anyone know if Timber Point has a 100 person minimum? I could just call them, but I hate doing that. It keeps happening to me that I get on the phone and they want to take down all my information before they'll anwer a simple question, as if I'll suddenly say, 'OK, well, I guess I could come up with another 20 guests, or it's not that big a deal to pay the difference just so I can have my reception at your lovely hall.' I'm nearly at the point of saying that I'll just go with the 3VI, except I didn't like the ceremony setup all that much.

Would you consider the Watermill? I think it's in Smithtown- might be too far into Suffolk for you. Ugh I'm sorry I can't think of any others right now! I feel like you might have hit all of them.

The Watermill Isn't a bad drive. Take the Northern State East. When that ends it becomes Route 347. A few miles down on the right.

Thanks!!
I guess I should check out Watermill. A lot of people here like it and it's not much farther than Larkfield (which we love)..We didn't even want to go that far but we did and now we're considering booking there

How about Sans Souci. Its in Nassau County and they have a separate outdoor ceremony area overlooking the water. Their minimum for a saturday evening was 125, so they may go below 100 for an afternoon. We had our RD there on a Thurs. evening and we only had to guarantee 40 people
