I'm new here (actually I registered a while ago, but haven't really begun planning until now) and was wondering if anyone had anything positive or negative to say about the Hamlet Golf and Country Club in Commack. I am seriously considering booking there, but haven't seen many reviews and would like to hear your opinions. Thanks for your help!!

Hi there! Try a search on Hamlet Wind Watch, I'm sure you'll find lots of info. My friend's daughter had her reception there last year and they loved it, food was great too!
i live right near there, when i pass it, im like wow what a beautiful place. go get a quote and see if you even like the place!!

Re: Hamlet Golf and Country Club - Commack
Hi,
The Hamlet in Commack was our second choice - I absolutely loved it but FH wasn't sure he wanted the whole golf club atmosphere. The place is BEAUTIFUL (esp the cocktail hour area), the banquet manager (John) was SO incredibly nice, they have multiple bridal suites, the grounds are gorgeous, I really really loved it there. Definitely check it out. It doesn't get a lot of discussion on here for some reason but it's worth a look. I liked it better than Windwatch but that's just my personal opinion (there are a lot of brides on here who have had beautiful weddings at Windwatch). FM me for more info if you like!

We looked at the Hamlet in Commack when we were looking into places. I know that since then they have redone the main room- I think it's a beautiful place. We just had too many people for the price they gave us.
