Hamlet Willow Creek Brides

I went for my taste testing last week. The place is absolutely beautiful. I am finally getting a digital camera this weekend so I will def. take pics when I go back this month to see some weddings set up. Everything looks amazing!!! The food was so good and the way they had the tasting was so nice. We decided on the appetizers as well as the rest of the menu. You can even change some stuff around, we added a something Mexican to the cocktail hour and she also really worked with us on the dessert. Barbara was such a sweetheart and very flexible. We are also getting the chocolate fountain!!!
This is our formal sit-down dinner:
First Course
Prosciutto and Fresh Mozzarella Roulade w/ Balsamic Drizzle

Caesar Salad

Watermelon Sorbet in frosted flower
Entrees
Grilled Filet Mignon w/ wine sauce and roasted shallots
Parmesan Crusted Chilean Sea Bass w/ beurre blanc sauce
Stuffed French Cut Chicken
w/ spinach and chevre, flavored w/ herbs and garlic sherry demi glaze
Dessert
Wedding Cake (Lemon Pound cake with Raspberry Jam and Vanilla Buttercream) from Cheryl Kleinman Cakes
with Tuile Almond shell dipped in choc. filled with Vanilla Ice Cream and Fresh berries

All of the entrees came with amazing mashed potatoes.

That sounds awesome!! WE still have to go and check the place out!!! How many people were you allowed to bring to the tasting?? I also thought the cake was supposed to be through the Rolling Pin... did that change???

I cant wait to see the place!!!
