Hamlet Willow Creek cocktail hour?

Finally watched the DVD and I have a question for those that have seen the progress?

Where is cocktail hour held? The DVD show the lobby, bridal suite at the front left of the lobby and then the reception room (with partially coverd patio) and grill room.

Also, anyone having a ceremony on site? Where will it be set up?

its in the lobby if its cold/raining and its in the back patio and cafe thing if its nice out. they open all the doors up.
both are great places and that was important to me b/c with an april wedding i didnt want to worry about the weather.
