hamlet willow creek tipping advice

Ok hwc ladies...I have no idea about tips for everyone...who gets tipped and how much?

I tip everyone cause I work off tips too so I know how it is! The head should get around 2-3.5% of your final RH cost minus tax and grat.
Bridal attendent...less then head, personal waiter is at your discretion...
Base it on who does what...if florist directly sets up all flowes, not just drops them off...ect.

I expect to tip out at least $1500 the day of...hope this helps!
