Hamlet Windwatch / Golf and Country Club Brides - Updated
I am attending an event here tonight - not a wedding, but there will be a cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Anybody want me to check anything out in particular? I'll try to post a review tomorrow.

Oh, please let us know everything!!!! Please notice if the wait staff is courteous and if they clear the table quickly. Also, if you could see if there are enough bartenders serving drinks. Most importantly, how is the food. Thanks so much!!!!

Could you take notice of (roughly) how many people are there and if the Atrium (CH room) seems tight? This seems to be my biggest concern and I'm not sure if I should keep the restaurant as my CH room or if the Atrium would do.
Thank you!!! Have a GREAT time!

Re: Hamlet Windwatch Golf and Country Club Brides
Well, my FH gave me the wrong information - we didn't go to the Golf and Country Club last night, we went next door the the Windwatch Hotel. Not really his fault. Sorry ladies!
For anyone interested in the Windwatch Hotel, it is beautiful. The hospitality suite we had would be equivalent to a bridal suite. Plenty of room and a little balcony outside too. Very comfortable. Cocktail hour was in the Terrace Cafe (I think that's what it's called) - very pretty - high ceilings, lots of windows and plenty of room. Everyone loved the eggplant rollatini (or parm - not sure which it was) and the chicken quesadillas, which were butler passed. The main part of the reception was in the ballroom. The tables were set for ten people and we all had enough room. Appetizer was salad with grilled shrimp and we had a choice of salmon, filet mignon or stuffed chicken. Everyone loved the filet mignon, although I asked for it medium well and it was done rare. Whenever you leave your table, the waiters always fix your napkin, and they were pretty good about taking away empty glasses. There were three bars in the room for about 250 people. It seemed like enough. They opened another part of the room for the venetian hour. The desserts were delicious!
The DJ was Rantin and Raven. Personally, FH and I didn't care for him, although we had heard good reviews in the past. I do not know the name of the actual DJ. We didn't like the way he mixed the music.
Overall, it's a beautiful place and everyone seemed to like the food. The dance floor was a good size for the number of people there.
