Hampton Baker Estate

I wish someone had warned me! Do NOT use the Hampton Baker Estate for your event! The owner Arnold 'Beau' Baker will do all he can to torment you up to the wedding, and then take all of your money. We are going to court and have found many others have had to sue him, and that he has ruined many a wedding. It was horrible for myself, my husband, and both of our families (as well as my 90 year old grandmother). He came by unannounced and talked in a disrespectful way to everyone. The property was not what was promised or what is shown in the photographs. The grass is overgorwn, no flowers, weeds, paint chipping, all decks in need of repair, pool is not heated, toilets have rusted out, linens not washed, etc.


DO NOT USE THE HAMPTON BAKER ESTATE for your event!!
