Hamptons bachelorette party HELP!

I am a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding and she decided last week she wants to have her bachelorette party in the Hamptons in August...This doesn't really give us much time to book a hotel so I was hoping some of you girls have been out there (East or South Hampton only) and could recommend places to stay....

Also...what are some good places to go to (ie: clubs, restaurants, etc...) It's been YEARS since I've gone to the Hamptons.

we didn't stay overnight so can't help you with the hotel situation.

But I had my B-party in the Hamptons. For dinner we went to the Southampton Public House, the drinks and food were awesome. Then we went to Beach Bar - call ahead and let them know you're a bachelorette party and they'll give you tanks and a b-party scavenger hunt.

We also went to the Foggy Goggle but I wouldn't recommend it, the crowd felt kinda young.
