If you aren't having a huge party, there is a place called Le Chef in Southhampton. Its a pre-fixe menu and the food is delicious, especially the crepes for dessert. But it is small so they really can't accommodate huge parties.
Margarita Grill or Island is also nice - I think that one is in Hampton Bays. I had thought about that for my bachelorette party last year and when I called the guy said he would totally accommodate us, but we ended up somewhere with no air conditioning in July. It was miserable.... I think the lighthouse restaurant on Dune Road.... if they don't have air conditioning I don't recommend it.

Re: hamptons bachlorette
Oakland's in Hampton Bays on Dune Road - great atmosphere, outside seating, live music on Saturday's I think, bar outside to have drinks while you wait
Bostwick's in East Hampton - on the water, outdoor seating, good food
There are a lot of good restaurants on the water in Sag Harbor, too.

Thats right. So where is that restaurant in relation Tiana Beach? We're searching for a place to go. I got a recommendation for La Superia (I don't know how to spell it) in Sag Harbor. Its Mexican, on the water, and has great Margaritas.

Re: hamptons bachlorette
I think if you are facing the ocean, then the restaurant is to the left of the beach and the left of the bridge. Edited to say: That would be Oaklands... Dockers would be to the right
Don't know much about Sag Harbor
