Hamptons Weddings?!?

Help, I want to have a wedding in the Hamptons (not Atlantica) and I need ideas. Not too expensive. I feel like I have looked everywhere.

Re: Hamptons Weddings?!?

When you say you've looked everywhere, where else have you been besides Atlantica? Have you tried any of the wineries?

Re: Hamptons Weddings?!?

I've looked at East Hampton Point, Montauk Yacht club(which I heard had really bad service even though I loved it) and Gurneys. By not expensive I mean under $165 a head.

Rams Head Inn in SHelter Island is Nice too

Wolffer Vineyards (Sag HArbor)

Check out Montauk downs too..its on a golf course I beleive but it is beautiful and I ahve been to a few weddings there it was always awesomel...

I ahve not heard anything about Montauk Yacht Club except I know that the food is delicious there...as far as the service, I have no idea

Re: Hamptons Weddings?!?

I actually contacted someone at southampton inn and she is sending me something.. I also got some advice from someone to look at montauk downs. I called them today and it sounds nice. Where did they have the cocktail hour if people are there golfing? Was the food good?

Re: Hamptons Weddings?!?

Last summer I went to a wedding at Martha Clara Vineyards. Not the Hamptons, but on the North Fork. It was great!

Re: Hamptons Weddings?!?

I heard at the Crow's nest the wedding is in a tent... it may not be warm enough on May 6th. Were the weddings you went to in a tent?

Re: Hamptons Weddings?!?

You have FM!

I highly recommend Southampton Inn
Also, for a smaller wedding, you may want to look at the Inn at Quogue, or St. James Cafe (though St. James Cafe can get pricey). Gurney's Inn is really beautiful, and reasonably priced, but the rooms are ridiculously priced so it may be a hardship for out-of-town guests.

Hope this helps!!
