Invites are done and stamped. (fh went the other day to see what postage we would need) he is going tomorrow to drop the off to be hand cancelled. Does he just go in and say that? does it cost extra money?

You/they manually mark the area where the stamp is (those black lines). There are not supposed to go through the machine
