hanging tea light holders

Does anyone know where I can get these small hanging tea light holders in bulk for cheap? Or even just the tea light holders with a lip on them to wrap wire around and make them hanging ourselves? Here's a link...

TIA! There is a pic in my centerpiece album for what I am looking for... branches with the hanging candles ! SO PRETTY!
