My first coherent observation this morning were of two men dressed up in red and white sequin jumpsuits, to look like elvis. They were passing out the Metro newspaper by the SI Ferry terminal.
FH and I celebrated our moving in anniversary yesterday. It has been a year, and I'm happy he has kept his promise not to stick me with all the housework.

HA HA HA!!!!! I took a Metro from the guy on my corner by Bryant Park and he was Elvis as well!! I thought it was just him!!!!!!

Hello, and good morning. Hope everyone had a good weekend. I am soooo bored I am off for the summer as a teacher and have absolutely nothing to do. I could not find a job and am so bored. I hate this. I know I sound like a baby but it does get boring since everyone else is at work all week and I am home by myself with no money to do anything since we are saving or at least trying to save. Sorry for the long vent. Oh well. Hope you week is better then mine.

Hi Everyone!
I'm not bouncing off the walls today, not even close. I had a REALLY busy weekend and I had to get up at 3am today. I don't know if I can stay awake all day- I'm thinking of jetting out early. So, I'm basically tired and cranky
After having so much fun on Saturday I almost forgot there was a BBQ at my boss' the next day. I am a little hung over right now at work.

Ah...Monday...
I'll try to pe cheery today too. I'm so happy that Saturday turned out to be so nice - FH and I went to the beach and got some nice color. Of course he got more than me but that's okay. It's going to be a crazy week - the boss is out for two weeks starting next week so I have to get him to finish up lose ends before then.

My monday started off really bad!!! Hopefully it will get better!
I missed 2 LIRR trains looking for parking because there is reconstruction going on all over and I couldn't find parking!!!! Only to end up parking in the garage for 5:50!

Morning ladies.. Well all I can say is hope you guys are cool.. My a/c at work hasn't been working for days. I keep fighting with the Super and he claims its working. Ok it's 82 degrees up here, do you think that means its working?? I have 30 + people complaining to me every mintue that they are hot!! Picture this, people in suits, and skirts coming up to you whining like little children because they are hot!! Boy this is fun!!

I went to Victoria, Canada (on the west coast) with my FH. That town is so pretty and romantic and right on the water. Victoria is known for having flowers EVERYWHERE. Hanging flower pots and flower beds galore. They were gorgeous and gave me some ideas for bouquet colors.
