Happy - Russo's

FH and I had a an appointment today with Kelly, the wedding concierge at Russo's on the Bay. Originally, I was going to reschedule since I have been sick but I was too excited to wait. As usual the staff was attentive from the moment we walked in the door. We sat with Kelly for close to two hours, going over vendors and our timeline. She was great, very helpful and informative. Frank Russo came and spoke with us regarding my concern about the rumors going around about Russo's. He put my mind at ease and I trust that Russo's will be around for a very long time to come.
They gave us a gift, a wedding planner. So sweet of them. We chose our maitre d and blocked rooms at a local hotel for the night of the wedding. It was a very productive meeting and I left more sure than ever that Russo's is the right place for us. I can't wait to get married!!


Oh, something funny. We met with our banquet manager to drop off a deposit before we left and he informed the concierge that I was one of the most organized brides he had ever met. lol Made my day!

congrats! I went to a wedding at Russo's a few months ago and it was seriously amazing. Its such a beautiful place and the food was so so good.

So we went for our food tasting last night at Russo's and it was FABULOUS! holy food! LOL

We also were lucky enough to see the full venetian hour set up which is freakin insane!!!

I'm a Russo's bride from last year and everything you are saying is the absolute truth. This place is amazing. Mr. Russo is the best and runs it amazingly. They were beyond accomodating on so many levels and 9 months later my family is still raving about the wedding.

BTW: We used all Russo's house vendors and they were fantastic. If you run into any issues with them (which you never do because they are Russo vendors), Kelly is on it. She's awesome. My BM Anne retired a few months after our wedding but she was incredible. I could go on forever. I love this place.

My mom's house caught fire last year and she had to live there for like 5 months. She said everyone there was very nice to deal with.

Using the house vendor is also great bc u dont have to worry about the insurance certificates bc Russo already has them. One less thing to do and worry about.

Very Very nice to hear that someone actually spoke to Frank Russo face to face to put an end to this rumor!
