I wonder how many of us are trying for the first time this year to combine/share the holidays with our son or daughter's FIL's? Makes for some pretty interesting discussions!

Only did that once and that was Christmas day the year before my older son got married. We all went to his FIL's house Christmas Day and it was very interesting, but nice. This Thanksgiving will be only with my in-laws since my son, Michael, is working and both my brothers are going to their in-laws and Peter and Nina are out of state. Everyone will be here for Christmas Eve so that will be a very busy holiday for me.
