Re: harbor club

we went there to look. its on the water and the cocktail hour room is nice and has a patio if the weather is nice. The BM was really nice -- we even got a thank you card in the mail this week thanking us for coming!!

I love that there are windows on one side of the wall. One of my personal issues was that the ceilings in the main room were lower than i wanted. i want tall centerpieces and tall ceilings, and it just didnt meet the look.

never did a tasting. he did offer one if we were to schedule it. but ive read other good reviews.
the menu looked nice, and the prices were reasonable (actually offering a tax-free sale if book before v-day).

but the distance and the ceilings were a turn off.

Good luck!!

To be honest, your FH would have to see it himself.
I am 5 foot and thought the ceilings were a bit low for the main room. The CH room is on the second floor and didn't look at low as the main room, but I could be wrong. I liked their menu too. It was the first place we saw.

They have a nice view of the Harbor. I see you are planning to have your wedding in March. Just keep in mind that they do not plant flowers in the back until May, so if you are going there soon, most likely the way it looks now is the way it will look for your wedding.

Also, BM Mark is great. Really nice and personable. i would have booked with them, but they were a bit too far away for me and I didn't like something else, but you can FM for details on that.
