We used P&G too. Our floors look great. In addition to the regular refinishing they replaced some missing flooring where we took down part of a wall. The match is so good you cant even tell were the missing boards were.
Anna ... I love our floors too ... but Rob won't recommend the guy. Rob got into a 'tiff' with him after the fact. We thought we needed another coat and he got all bent about it. Then we realized that he didn't use a specific finish that he said that he was going to use ... some name brand.
But in the end ... we got another coat and my floors look great. Rob just doesn't want to give him more business ... since he basically said he didn't want to see us again!!! His loss!!!
