I am using them, they have a registry also.
It's just like a store, if it's in stock they ship pretty fast. They will also notify you when items come in by email.

I've been looking everywhere for Mikasa Flores candy dishes for my wedding tables. I need 4 more and contacted them. But they are hard to find. Do you think they can find them? How are their prices?

Go on the website and search for them. You can also call them and they will put you on a list to get alerted when you pattern or request is available.
Both of my China patterns was discontinued and they were able to get pieces for me.

I've actually used them three or four times to complete sets that I can't find anywhere.
You just go to the 'search box' and type in (for example my everyday dinnerware: sango nova blue) and it'll bring up everything.
They cost just about the same that you would pay anywhere else. Comparable to BB&B and Macy's.

I've used them with no problem. You can go on their site and register your pattern and then when something comes in then they'll e-mail you. I got mine in a week or so.
