hotels.com? Are they reliable (meaning they do not cancel trips & that kind of stuff....)

I think due to our new budget constraints we may use them for our HM......

I've used it a couple of times in the past and never had an issue.

I used hotels.com once, a little more than a year ago. I had no problems at all, and I was sooooo nervous that they wouldn't have my reservation when we got there, but everything worked out great!

my company owns hotels.com!
i can assure you they are legitimate, reliable, etc.

Thanks CIMINOK.... I think I will use them. They seem to be very organized (which is a big plus with me.)
