Has anybody ordered from 'The White Aisle'?

I placed an order on August 6th for a monogramed cake topper and still have not received it. I am pretty sure none of the letters I requested were out of stock when I placed my order. I was just wondering if anybody has any experiences (good or bad) with this company.

It's been almost 2 weeks since they said that the cake topper was going to be sent out and I've still received nothing!

Have you heard anything bad about this company or are you just giving me general advice. (BTW..Thanks! I never thought of contacting my credit card company!)

I know someone who ordered there invitations through them and I am as well. I know the other person got upset b/c it took the invitations a really long time to get to her, but once they did and she saw how gorgeous they came out she wasnt mad anymore

I ordered my invites about 2 or 3 weeks ago and they were shipped out today. I will let you know as soon as I get them

No, nothing bad. But that pressure will get them moving and this is something too stupid for you to be stressing right before your wedding month. You are a bride girl, DELEGATE!

How did you know they were shipped out? I ordered the cake topper on 8/6. Got a message from paypal on 8/7 saying that my account was charged. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks. I sent about 4 e-mails just asking when the item would be shipped out and finally got a response and was told that it should ship out 9/14 or 9/15. It's 9/27....and nothing. I called and left a message on Friday. I just want my cake topper!

I was on the site this weekend and they had a posting on the homepage about being closed again because of hurricane Jeanne. They made mention that they had been closed alot because of all the storms. Maybe that's part of what's holding them up?? Just a thought to help ease your mind.

That is so weird!! where are you emailing?? The email address I have the woman Rebecca gets back to me RIGHT AWAY. I emailed her asking when they were shipped and she emailed me back a few hours later. Same goes with all the adjustments I had to do to the invitation proof.

Yes they are located in Florida and were having a hard time. The last storm ( i already forgot the name) held up my invitations from actually being printed for a day or two.

I had thought about that, but I never saw any mention of it on their website.
I know it's been really hard on them in FL this past month.

I'm just getting to be a crazy bride with a month to go!

I got the silk scroll invites, and they're gorgeous!

Rebecca always got back to me in a matter of hours, too. I wonder if their email server got knocked out or something? My two brothers in Florida haven't been able to work in almost a month because of all the power outages.

They're really beautiful. I got a lot of compliments on them.

We actually unpacked the tissue they come wrapped in and rewrapped them as if they were little packages, with bows around both ends, which looked fantastic.

ETA: sorry to hijack the post! I just love my invites.
