Overbook there room for the wedding??? We are a little worried that we may overbook.

No...my room holds 300 people, we are inviting 275 and hopefully we get only 200 otherwise the room will be packed and uncomfortable.

I actually had to give up on one room I really like to avoid overbooking it... we'll definitely be fine in the room we're in now... actually, now I'm worried about making our minimum!
I really wanted this one room though... but FH has a huge family and we really want to be able to invite them all.
