Has anyone gotten married in st. patrick's cathedral in NYC? if so what is the process and what do they ask for?
I graduated from cathedral HS and was told it should'nt be a problem for the graduates..

From what I understand the waiting list is about 2 years and also they expect a donation of over 5K. In order for you to be in their waiting list you need to pay $500.00 and if they don't accept you at the church you wont get your $500.00 back.
I might be wrong but my FBIL wanted to marry their and this is what they told him.

I think if you went to their school the same rules might not apply to you. My cousin's fatehr works for St Patricks and she got married there within 2 months.

Good to know.. I have been trying to get in contact with the priest there and no luck.. I guess I will give it a try it shouldnt hurt..
