Yes, but it's been a little rough at times and we've had to prioritize things when it came to getting the best deal for the dollar.

i've kept each vendor within budget but each day i'm learning about new expenses so really i'm going to be way over budget.

nope!! we're only half way through with the planning and already way over. but I also budgeted for things that now i've decided i don't need to that money can go towards stuff we really need. All in all the end amount will be the same.

Our original budget was ridiciously impossible. (20k) So we re-did it..but set up a sheet with a projected budget for each vendor! But for the most part, weve been under what we projected each vendor would cost!

We are actually gonna sit down in a week or so to discuss a budget since we are planning a July 2012 wedding but I have no idea how to even approach this subject. Being the FH it's hard to try and say we should only spend this when in reality she has been dreaming about her wedding for her whole life and well.... it takes guys a little while to catch on to this wedding idea. LOL.

She wants to spend less that 30k but I really dont think its possible when we have about 220 people invited. Im gonna assume only like 190 to 200 show up but still. I really don't have a clue how to budget for this. I'm really stressin out. LOL

i didnt have a budget because i had NOOOO CLUEEE what anything costs so i couldnt project any sort of budget
