Has anyone attended any recent weddings at Jericho Jewish Center???

I looked there this weekend for a May '08 wedding and was wondering if anyone had any insight on it?

I recently went to an a wedding in May for a business associate at Jem Caterers at Jericho Jewish Center, and I was blown away!
I didn't know what to expect going to a temple with kosher food, but I can tell you the food was amazing! A deluxe sushi bar with restaurant quality sushi, grill stations, asian, italian, ect..and so much more.

The staff was truly impressive, I don't know if they paid for extra staff, but my drink(white cosmo) was always refilled without asking! The bartenders always gave a drink with a smile, and the management always came by my table and the ones around us to check up! Very impressive!
