Has anyone been so nervous
about something and they didnt know what to do or why they were nervous?I think I know why I am nervous but I shouldnt be. I am going to have a procedure done tomorrow on my throat and am a little nervous. I had it done before and shouldnt be nervous this time. With all the sh*t going on in my life I dont need to be nervous. I dont know

It's actually understandable. Just try to relax and maybe take your mind off of it.
