Great! I went to a few other places, but I really liked the Coral House. It may be a little tough in the winter (Feb 04). I hate the cold! Did you have your ceremony on site?

No i was married in church.

I had the American room for my reception

I am having mine there on 9/27. Very affordable and the food is great! You can also do a search (above) for reviews of the CH.

My brother and sister-in-law were married there 10 years ago. It was so nice, I wish I could give you a more update review, but I have not been there since... It would be a great choice if you go for it.

I did, the cocktail hr is really nice. Soo much to chose from and hmm I cant remember the room but it was nice. It was the smaller one

they had the ceremony there and it was so pretty on the lake

I've been there, the food was good and the service was decent. If you like the look of the place you should go for it, their prices are low!

i just went to my cousins back in may at the coral house. the room where the recpt is was nice, but I did not care for the food.

I am having mine there in August. They are very affordable and I had my food tasting and I thought the food was great!

We are having our wedding there in 3/27/04. I went to an anniversary party there, food was excellent, service was great and the place was very nice. We also had our food tasting there and were very pleased. I did hear that the centerpieces they give you, leave alot to be desired. We might have our florist do the centerpieces.

OMG yes it is! It's the chicken w/pommery mustard - it is AMAZING although I wouldn't reccommend it as the dinner choice because I don't think everyone would like it, you have to like that sort of thing

I am getting married there on 2/7/04...I cannot wait!! I haven't been to a wedding there but I have tasted the food and I love it. The chicken with the pommery mustard sauce is good!! Overall I am happy with my choice!! The cocktail hour is in the Presidential room and the reception is in the Americana room.

mishandgerard...what about the food didn't you like? Just wondering if there is a particular dish or something that I should avoid....thanks.

I was at a wedding there in December, and the food was great. Service was a little lacking, but overall it was pretty good.

Now a friend of my mom's was there a couple weeks before me, and she didn't like the food at all.

It all depends on the individual I guess.

I haven't been to a wedding there but my engagement party was there. It was great!! I would recommend.

I am getting married there in September of this year.

The food in my opinion is great!!!! I was just speaking to a young lady who had her wedding there last month. she loved it!!!!

It is a very charming place. What room are you looking at? I have the Nantucket Deck room- sooo romantic!!!!

My only advice- DO NOT Use their centerpieces- they are NOT nice. You are better off making your own.
