Has anyone been or knows anyone who`s been to the North Ritz Club on Jericho Turnpike in Syosset for a function and can tell me how the food is? I`d really appreciate any input on this place. Thank you.
and enjoyed everything. They did a really good job and everything tasted fine. I tried everything (cocktail hours food, dessert, salad, pasta, main course incl. piece of chicken, fish and beef). I have no complaints.
I am getting married there in October and had lots of concerns because it is really new and I do not know anyone who went to an affair there. Food was something we held as a priority! They alleviated any of my fears when I went to the food tasting.
Also, one day I randomly dropped in and asked about the kitchen (I had heard a bad rumor) and the broughtme right into the kitchen and it was spotless. My mom who is in catering was also impressed.

Thanks I did the search today as a matter of fact. I was very excited by what I found. North Ritz is now our top contender. We have a tasting next week, if we like the food that's it I want to book it on the spot. We actually are dealing with Christina.
have to put money down so that you could have your food tasting or how does it work and when do u plan on getting married-?
I booked there last June while there was still construction going on - so I was pretty stressed. But they have been so amazing! Good luck!

to drop off my first payment. There was a party there so i couldn't really walk around, but the grounds sure are being worked on! I can't wait to see the end results!!
They wanted me to book it before I had a tasting and I thought that was strange. I really liked the inside but I was freaked cause the food in HUGELY important so I wrote them off my list but my FI loves the inside so much that I decided to try and make a deal, I told Christina that I would pay for a tasting and if I we liked the food we would book it with no charge for the tasting and if we didn't book it we would pay for the tasting and she agreed. Wish me luck............
WHEN I FIRST STARTED MY WEDDING SHOPPING MOST CATERING HALLS WOULD NOT EVEN OFFER A FOOD TASTING. A FRIEND OF MINE HAD GONE TO A WEDDING AT THE NORTH RITZ CLUB AND SHE WAS SO IMPRESSED. SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE LOVED THE HALL AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS. THE DAY AFTER THE WEDDING SHE CALLED ME AND INFORMED ME ABOUT THE RITZ. I WALKED INTO THE HALL AND REALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH IT. OF COURSE FOOD IS VERY IMPORTANT SO AFTER I BOOKED THE PLACE I WANTED TO HAVE A FOOD TASTING. AFTER WE HAD A TASTING WE WERE BOTH VERY HAPPY WITH THE FOOD. SINCE I BOOKED AT THE NORTH RITZ I MET 4 OTHER GIRLS THAT ARE ALSO GETTING MARRIED AT THE NORTH RITZ. THEY ALSO HAD A FOOD TASTING AND THEY WERE ALSO HAPPY WITH THE FOOD. WHEN ARE YOU GOING FOR YOUR FOOD TASTING? KEEP ME INFORMED. GOOD LUCK!
We are going Sunday for the tasting I am so excited cause if all goes well I believe we will be booking it right then and there which will make me so happy to have that weight off my shoulders. I have been very relieved after hearing all the good things about the North Ritz on this board from you and the other girls. Thanks so much for all your input.
